Microsoft Surface Go has a score of 66.5, which is better than Asus VivoTab 8's score of 55.6. These tablets use Windows OS (Operating System), but the Microsoft Surface Go has the newer 10 version while Asus VivoTab 8 has Windows 8.1 version, so it gives you lots of additional features and performance improvements. Microsoft Surface Go's construction is just a little thinner but incredibly heavier than Asus VivoTab 8.
Asus VivoTab 8 features a much better display than Microsoft Surface Go, although it has a lot smaller screen, a way lower 1280 x 800 resolution and a bit worse pixels density. The Asus VivoTab 8 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with more cores.
Microsoft Surface Go has a lot bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Asus VivoTab 8, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Microsoft Surface Go features a way better camera than Asus VivoTab 8, because it has a much better 8 MP resolution back camera.
