Comparison review
Galaxy Book 12-inch is a lot better than Asus VivoTab 8, having a global score of 80 against 55.6. These tablets come with Windows OS, but the Galaxy Book 12-inch has a more recent 10 version and Asus VivoTab 8 has Windows 8.1. The Galaxy Book 12-inch is a thinner but way heavier tablet device than the Asus VivoTab 8.
The Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch features a bit better hardware performance than Asus VivoTab 8, because although it has lesser cores (but faster), it also counts with a higher amount of RAM. The Asus VivoTab 8 has a little sharper display than Galaxy Book 12-inch, although it has a much smaller screen, a just a little lower screen pixel density and a way worse 1280 x 800 resolution.
The Galaxy Book 12-inch features much more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus VivoTab 8, because it has 224 GB more internal storage capacity and an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch shoots much clearer photos and videos than Asus VivoTab 8, because it has a back-facing camera with way more MP.
Galaxy Book 12-inch counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Asus VivoTab 8.
