Comparison review
The Acer Iconia W4 is slightly better than Asus VivoTab, having a 59.3 score against 57.5. Both of these tablets use Windows operating system, but Acer Iconia W4 has newer 8.1 version while Asus VivoTab has Windows 8, so it provides the user lots of additional features. The Acer Iconia W4 construction is much lighter but somewhat thicker than the Asus VivoTab.
Acer Iconia W4 features a sharper display than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a way smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 800 x 1280, it also counts with a higher count of pixels per inch in the screen. Asus VivoTab counts with a bit better hardware performance than Acer Iconia W4, because although it has 2 less CPU cores , and they both have 2 GB of RAM memory, the Asus VivoTab also counts with an additional graphics processor.
Acer Iconia W4 shoots slightly better photos and videos than Asus VivoTab, although it has a lower (Full HD) video definition and a much worse resolution back camera. The Acer Iconia W4's storage to install games and applications is very similar to Asus VivoTab's one, and although the Acer Iconia W4 has no SD card slot, they both have equal internal memory capacity.
Acer Iconia W4 counts with a much longer battery life than Asus VivoTab.
Although Acer Iconia W4 is a better device, it is more expensive than Asus VivoTab, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Asus VivoTab. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Asus VivoTab, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
