Comparison review

Acer Iconia W700 has a general score of 59.6, which is just a bit better than the Asus VivoTab's 57.5 score. Both tablets we compare here have Windows OS, but Acer Iconia W700 has a more recent 8 Pro version while Asus VivoTab has Windows 8, providing a couple nice extra features. Even though Acer Iconia W700 is a better portable tablet than Asus VivoTab, we must note that it's also a noticeably thicker and heavier portable tablet.

The Acer Iconia W700 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Asus VivoTab, and although they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the Acer Iconia W700 also has a faster graphics processor working at 650 MHz and a larger amount of RAM. The Acer Iconia W700 counts with a little bit better screen than Asus VivoTab, and although they both have a same size screen, the Acer Iconia W700 also has a better 1080 x 1920 resolution and a higher display density.

The Asus VivoTab features a superior camera than Acer Iconia W700, and although they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rates, the Asus VivoTab also has a way more mega pixels camera. Acer Iconia W700 features much more memory capacity for applications and games than Asus VivoTab, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.

The Asus VivoTab and the Acer Iconia W700 both feature really similar batteries duration.

Although Acer Iconia W700 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Asus VivoTab, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Asus VivoTab. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Acer Iconia W700, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Asus VivoTab, giving up a couple features and specifications.
