Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 is better than the Asus VivoTab, getting a 68.9 score against 57.5. Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 works with Android 7.0 Nougat OS, while Asus VivoTab comes with Windows 8 OS. Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10's design is noticeably newer, noticeably lighter and thinner than Asus VivoTab.
The Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 counts with a little more vivid screen than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way higher number of pixels per inch in the screen and a lot better resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels.
