Comparison review
Galaxy Tab Active is much better than the Asus VivoTab, getting a overall score of 67 against 57.5. Galaxy Tab Active works with Android 4.4 OS, while Asus VivoTab counts with Windows 8 OS. The Galaxy Tab Active is a much newer and much lighter tablet than Asus VivoTab, although it is also somewhat thicker.
The Asus VivoTab features a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a better 533 MHz graphics co-processor and a greater amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab Active features a better looking screen than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and a really smaller display, it also counts with a higher screen density.
Asus VivoTab captures just a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab Active, because it has a lot better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a lot better 8 MP resolution back facing camera. Asus VivoTab has a superior storage to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy Tab Active features a superior battery lifetime than Asus VivoTab.
The Galaxy Tab Active is a lot more expensive than Asus VivoTab, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
