Comparison review

Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a global score of 66, which is much better than Asus VivoTab's score of 57.5. Even being the best portable tablet in this review, Sony Vaio Tap 11 is a somewhat heavier and thicker portable tablet than the Asus VivoTab. These tablets work with the same Windows 8 OS (operating system).

The Sony Vaio Tap 11 features a more vivid screen than Asus VivoTab, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Sony Vaio Tap 11 also has a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a greater screen pixel density. The Asus VivoTab has just a little better performance than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Asus VivoTab also counts with a graphics processing unit.

The Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a superior storage for applications and games than Asus VivoTab, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 features a way better battery performance than Asus VivoTab. Asus VivoTab captures much clearer pictures and videos than Sony Vaio Tap 11. Both of them have the same resolution back facing camera.

Although Sony Vaio Tap 11 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Asus VivoTab, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Asus VivoTab. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Sony Vaio Tap 11, else you can save some dollars and get the Asus VivoTab, resigning some features and specifications.
