The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is much better than Asus VivoTab Note 8, getting a 63.8 score against 57.5. The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 comes with Android 13 operating system, and Asus VivoTab Note 8 works with Windows 8.1 operating system. Blackview Oscal Pad 15's body is a lot thinner but heavier than the Asus VivoTab Note 8.
