Comparison review
Microsoft Surface 3 is much better than Asus VivoTab Note 8, getting a 66.3 score against 57.5. Microsoft Surface 3's design is noticeably heavier but a lot thinner than the Asus VivoTab Note 8. Asus VivoTab Note 8 has a little faster processor than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
The Asus VivoTab Note 8 features a more vivid display than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a quite worse pixels count in each inch of display, a much smaller display and a way worse resolution of 1280 x 800px. The Microsoft Surface 3 captures clearer photos and videos than Asus VivoTab Note 8, because it has a way more MP back camera.
Microsoft Surface 3 features a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Asus VivoTab Note 8, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Asus VivoTab Note 8 and the Microsoft Surface 3 count with very similar batteries duration.
The Microsoft Surface 3 costs more money than Asus VivoTab Note 8, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
