Comparison review

Microsoft Surface RT has a score of 58.4, which is a little bit better than the Asus VivoTab Note 8's 57.5 score. Microsoft Surface RT is a notably heavier but thinner tablet device than Asus VivoTab Note 8. Both of these tablets come with Windows OS, but the Microsoft Surface RT has a more recent RT version while Asus VivoTab Note 8 has Windows 8.1.

The Asus VivoTab Note 8 has a much better looking screen than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a little worse 1280 x 800 resolution and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel quantity in each inch in the display. The Microsoft Surface RT's processing unit is just as good as Asus VivoTab Note 8's processor, and although the Microsoft Surface RT has an extra graphics processor, they both have 2 GB of RAM and 4 CPU cores.

The Microsoft Surface RT has as much memory for apps and games as the Asus VivoTab Note 8, and although the Microsoft Surface RT has no external SD slot, they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity. The Asus VivoTab Note 8 counts with a lot better camera than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a camera in the back with much more MP.

The Microsoft Surface RT's battery duration is just as good as Asus VivoTab Note 8's battery lifetime.

Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing here, Microsoft Surface RT is also by far the cheapest.
