Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 is much better than Asus VivoTab Note 8, having a overall score of 69.2 against 57.5. Samsung ATIV Tab 5's design is way heavier but just a bit thinner than the Asus VivoTab Note 8. Both of these tablets use Windows OS (operating system), but Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has the previous 8 version and Asus VivoTab Note 8 has Windows 8.1.
The Asus VivoTab Note 8 features just a little better performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM memory, the Asus VivoTab Note 8 also has a higher number of faster cores. Asus VivoTab Note 8 has a little bit better display than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because although it has a really smaller display and a bit lower 1280 x 800 resolution, it also counts with a higher quantity of pixels per display inch.
Samsung ATIV Tab 5 takes clearer pictures and videos than Asus VivoTab Note 8, because it has a much more mega-pixels camera in the back. Samsung ATIV Tab 5 features a superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Asus VivoTab Note 8, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
