Comparison review
The Asus VivoTab RT is just a bit better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), with a 61 score against 58.6. Asus VivoTab RT works with Windows RT operating system, while Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie operating system. The Asus VivoTab RT construction is somewhat thinner than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), but it's heavier and was released many years before.
The Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a little bit better performance than Asus VivoTab RT. They have a Quad-Core processing unit and 2 GB of RAM memory. Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) and Asus VivoTab RT feature quite similar displays, because although the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a bit worse 800 x 1280 resolution and a way smaller display, it also counts with a quite better pixel density.
The Asus VivoTab RT captures a lot better videos and photos than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a much better (Full HD) video resolution and a lot better 8 megapixels resolution back facing camera. Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) counts with a lot bigger memory to install applications and games than Asus VivoTab RT, although it has just 32 GB internal storage capacity.
Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020)'s battery lifetime is just as good as the battery lifetime in Asus VivoTab RT.
Although Asus VivoTab RT is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020). If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
