The Asus VivoTab RT has an overall score of 61, which is just a bit better than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020)'s score of 59.7. Asus VivoTab RT counts with Windows RT operating system, while Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) counts with Android 9.0 Pie operating system. Asus VivoTab RT is a older and way heavier tablet than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), but Asus was able to make it somewhat thinner anyway.
Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) counts with just a little better hardware performance than Asus VivoTab RT, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) also has more RAM memory. Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) and Asus VivoTab RT feature extremely similar displays, because although the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has a lot smaller display and a bit worse 800 x 1280 resolution, it also counts with a bit better count of pixels in each display inch.
The Asus VivoTab RT shoots a lot better videos and photos than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because it has a much better video quality and a much more megapixels camera in the back. Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has a superior storage for applications and games than Asus VivoTab RT, although it has only 32 GB internal memory.
Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020)'s battery performance is very similar to Asus VivoTab RT's battery duration.
Although Asus VivoTab RT is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020). So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Asus VivoTab RT, else you can save some dollars and buy the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), letting go some features and specifications.
