Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is better than Asus VivoTab RT, getting a 72.2 score against 61. Even though the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is newer than Asus VivoTab RT, it's just a little thicker and heavier. These tablets come with Windows OS (Operating System), but the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has older 8.1 Pro version while Asus VivoTab RT has Windows RT version.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 features just a bit better processing power than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has 2 lesser cores (but faster), it also counts with 6 GB more RAM. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a better screen than Asus VivoTab RT, because it has a higher screen density, a lot higher 1440 x 2160 resolution and a bigger screen.
