Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet is much better than the Asus VivoTab RT, having a 69.8 score against 61. The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet is a newer portable tablet, and it's also much thinner and lighter than the Asus VivoTab RT. The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet comes with Android 4.4.4 operating system, and Asus VivoTab RT has Windows RT operating system.
The Xperia Z2 Tablet counts with a better CPU than Asus VivoTab RT, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia Z2 Tablet also has a larger amount of RAM and a graphics processor.
