The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a global score of 70.8, which is way better than the Asus VivoTab Smart's 58.7 global score. Google Nexus 7 (2013) is a thinner and noticeably lighter portable tablet than Asus VivoTab Smart. Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with Android 5.0 OS, and Asus VivoTab Smart counts with Windows 8 OS.

Asus VivoTab Smart features a bit more powerful processing unit than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster), and they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the Asus VivoTab Smart also counts with a much better 533 MHz graphics processor. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a way better display than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a much better pixels number per inch in the display and a lot better 1200 x 1920 resolution.

Asus VivoTab Smart features just a bit better camera than Google Nexus 7 (2013), and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Asus VivoTab Smart also has a bigger aperture and a lot higher 8 MP resolution camera. The Asus VivoTab Smart features a much greater memory to store more apps and games than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has 32 GB more internal storage capacity.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with a much longer battery duration than Asus VivoTab Smart.

Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, Google Nexus 7 (2013) is also by far the cheapest one, making it an easy decision.
