Comparison review
Asus VivoTab Smart has an overall score of 58.7, which is a little bit better than the HP ProPad 600's 58.2 global score. Both tablets we compare here include Windows OS, but Asus VivoTab Smart has an older 8 version while HP ProPad 600 has Windows 8.1 version. The Asus VivoTab Smart is a just a little bit thinner and somewhat lighter tablet device than the HP ProPad 600.
The HP ProPad 600 features a better looking display than Asus VivoTab Smart, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the HP ProPad 600 also has a higher number of pixels per screen inch and a lot higher 1200 x 1920px resolution. The HP ProPad 600 has as much memory capacity for games and applications as the Asus VivoTab Smart, and although the HP ProPad 600 has no SD card slot, they both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity.
The Asus VivoTab Smart counts with a little faster processing unit than HP ProPad 600, because although it has lesser cpu cores (but faster) and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. The Asus VivoTab Smart features a much better camera than HP ProPad 600. They have the same resolution back facing camera.
HP ProPad 600 features a much better battery life than Asus VivoTab Smart.
Although Asus VivoTab Smart is a better device, it costs a lot more than the HP ProPad 600, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the HP ProPad 600. If you are trying to save some money, you can get HP ProPad 600, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
