Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface 3 is much better than the Asus VivoTab Smart, getting a 66.3 score against 58.7. The Microsoft Surface 3 is a thinner but just a bit heavier portable tablet than the Asus VivoTab Smart. The Asus VivoTab Smart features a bit superior processing unit than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a lower number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit.
The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a bit sharper screen than Asus VivoTab Smart, because it has a much higher 1920 x 1280px resolution, a little bigger display and more pixels per inch in the screen. Asus VivoTab Smart captures better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface 3. They have the same video frame rate, a 8 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and the same video resolution.
Microsoft Surface 3 has much more memory to install applications and games than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal storage. Microsoft Surface 3 features a battery life that's very similar to the battery duration in Asus VivoTab Smart.
Microsoft Surface 3 is more expensive than the Asus VivoTab Smart, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
