Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is better than the Asus VivoTab Smart, getting a 65 score against 58.7. Samsung ATIV Tab 3's body weights the same than the Asus VivoTab Smart, but it's somewhat thinner. These devices come with the same Windows 8 OS (operating system), so both of them should count with all the same OS features.
