Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a bit better than Asus VivoTab Smart, having a overall score of 60.7 against 58.7. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1 operating system, while Asus VivoTab Smart works with Windows 8 operating system. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)'s construction is incredibly lighter but a little bit thicker than Asus VivoTab Smart.
Asus VivoTab Smart has a quite better performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus VivoTab Smart also has more RAM memory and an extra graphics processor. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a little bit better looking screen than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has a lot worse resolution of 600 x 1024 and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a little bit higher amount of pixels per inch of display.
The Asus VivoTab Smart shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a lot better video quality and a back camera with way more MP. The Asus VivoTab Smart features a bit more storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) counts with a way better battery duration than Asus VivoTab Smart.
