Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 has a score of 65.5, which is just a bit better than the Asus ZenPad S 8.0's 62.2 overall score. Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1's construction is a lot older, noticeably thicker and heavier than the Asus ZenPad S 8.0. The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 has just a bit better hardware performance than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores.

Asus ZenPad S 8.0 has a slightly better looking screen than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with way more pixels per inch in the display and a much higher 1536 x 2048 resolution. Asus ZenPad S 8.0 counts with a much better memory capacity for apps and games than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Asus ZenPad S 8.0 also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 128 GB.

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 captures much better videos and photos than Asus ZenPad S 8.0, although it has a back-facing camera with much less megapixels and a lot lower (HD) video quality. The Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 features a superior battery performance than Asus ZenPad S 8.0.
