Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 is much better than the Asus ZenPad Z8, with a global score of 69.2 against 61.9. The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 construction is way older, noticeably thicker and heavier than Asus ZenPad Z8. Asus ZenPad Z8 features a bit faster processing unit than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Asus ZenPad Z8 also has more cores.
The Asus ZenPad Z8 counts with a brighter screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a much better 1536 x 2048 resolution and way more pixels per inch in the display. Asus ZenPad Z8 captures much clearer photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 5. Both of them have a camera with an 8 mega pixels resolution.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has a very superior storage for apps and games than Asus ZenPad Z8, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Asus ZenPad Z8 has a bit longer battery duration than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because it has 4680mAh of battery capacity.
