Comparison review

Asus ZenPad Z8 has an overall score of 61.9, which is slightly better than Xperia Tablet S's 58.9 overall score. Asus ZenPad Z8 is a much newer tablet, and it is also thinner and incredibly lighter than Xperia Tablet S. The Asus ZenPad Z8 counts with a more vivid display than Xperia Tablet S, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a much higher display pixel density and a lot better resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels.

The Asus ZenPad Z8 has a bit superior CPU than Xperia Tablet S, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM and a higher number of cores. The Asus ZenPad Z8 takes way better photographs and videos than Xperia Tablet S. Both have the same resolution back-facing camera.

The Xperia Tablet S features much more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus ZenPad Z8, and although they both have a SD extension slot that admits up to 128 GB, the Xperia Tablet S also has more internal memory. Asus ZenPad Z8 features a much better battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Tablet S.
