The Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 has a general score of 61.1, which is a lot better than Barnes & Noble Nook HD's 41.8 global score. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 has newer 4.2 version while Barnes & Noble Nook HD has Android 4.0 version. Although the Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 and the Barnes & Noble Nook HD were only released with a couple of months difference, Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10's construction is somewhat thinner but also noticeably heavier than the Barnes & Noble Nook HD.

The Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 counts with a bit faster processor than Barnes & Noble Nook HD, because it has a greater number of faster cores, a faster graphics co-processor running at 400 MHz and 1 GB more RAM memory. The Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 counts with a much better battery performance than Barnes & Noble Nook HD.
