The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is a lot better than the Barnes & Noble Nook HD+, getting a 67 score against 43.3. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is a newer portable tablet, and it is also way thinner and a little bit lighter than Barnes & Noble Nook HD+. Both tablets in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ has Android 4.0, so it provides the user a couple additional features and increased performance.

Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ has a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher 1280 x 1920px resolution and way more pixels per display inch.
