Comparison review

Asus MeMO Pad is a little bit better than the Barnes & Noble Nook HD, having a global score of 45 against 41. Both of these tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus MeMO Pad has a more recent 4.1 version while Barnes & Noble Nook HD has Android 4.0 version, offering some nice extra features and enhanced performance. The Asus MeMO Pad design has the same thickness than Barnes & Noble Nook HD, but it's heavier.

The Barnes & Noble Nook HD has a bit better processing power than Asus MeMO Pad, because although it has a slower graphics processing unit working at 384 megahertz, and they both have 1 GB of RAM, the Barnes & Noble Nook HD also counts with 1 more processing cores. The Barnes & Noble Nook HD has a much better display than Asus MeMO Pad, and although they both have a same size display, the Barnes & Noble Nook HD also has a lot better 900 x 1440 resolution and a better pixel density.

The Asus MeMO Pad counts with a way better camera than Barnes & Noble Nook HD. The Barnes & Noble Nook HD and the Asus MeMO Pad both have incredibly similar memory capacity for games and applications, they have the same 8 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 32 GB.

Asus MeMO Pad features a much better battery lifetime than Barnes & Noble Nook HD.

Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Asus MeMO Pad is also a lot cheaper, which makes this tablet a no doubt choice.
