The Apple iPad Air has a score of 74.1, which is way better than Barnes & Noble NOOK Tablet's 39.6 score. Apple iPad Air's construction is newer and incredibly thinner, but somewhat heavier than Barnes & Noble NOOK Tablet. Apple iPad Air has iOS 8.x operating system, and Barnes & Noble NOOK Tablet comes with Android 2.3 operating system.
IPad Air has a much better display than Barnes & Noble NOOK Tablet, because it has a lot higher count of pixels per inch in the display, a way better 1536 x 2048 resolution and a really larger display. IPad Air features a much greater hardware performance than Barnes & Noble NOOK Tablet, and although they both have the same RAM amount and 2 cores, the iPad Air also has a 64-bit processor and an additional graphics processor.
IPad Air has a little bit better memory to install applications and games than Barnes & Noble NOOK Tablet, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory. Apple iPad Air captures much clearer photographs and videos than Barnes & Noble NOOK Tablet. Apple iPad Air has a much longer battery performance than Barnes & Noble NOOK Tablet.
Even being the best tablet of the ones in this comparison, the iPad Air is also the cheapest one.
