Comparison review
Acer Predator 8 is slightly better than BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+, having a global score of 57.7 against 56.1. Acer Predator 8's construction is somewhat lighter and thinner than BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+. Acer Predator 8 works with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, and BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+ comes with BlackBerry Tablet OS OS.
Acer Predator 8 features a slightly better looking display than BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+, because it has much more pixels per inch of display, a much better 1200 x 1920 resolution and a little larger screen. Acer Predator 8 features a lot bigger memory for applications and games than BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Acer Predator 8 also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
The Acer Predator 8 features a bit faster processor than BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM. BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+ counts with just a bit longer battery duration than Acer Predator 8, because it has a 4800mAh battery capacity.
BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+ and Acer Predator 8 both have really similar cameras, they have a back camera with a 5 megapixels.
