Microsoft Surface Pro has a general score of 63.2, which is much better than BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+'s score of 56.1. The Microsoft Surface Pro has Windows 8 Pro operating system, and BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+ comes with BlackBerry Tablet OS operating system. Although it's the best tablet we compare here, the Microsoft Surface Pro construction is thicker and much heavier than BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+.
Microsoft Surface Pro features a bit superior processing unit than BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Microsoft Surface Pro also has a faster graphics processor running at 650 MHz and more RAM memory. Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a bit sharper screen than BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+, because it has a just a little higher screen density, a really larger display and a much higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px.
The Microsoft Surface Pro features a much greater storage capacity for applications and games than BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+, because it has more internal storage capacity. BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+ counts with a much longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface Pro.
