The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has an overall score of 63, which is much better than the BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+'s 56.1 general score. The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has Android 4.4.2 operating system, and BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+ has BlackBerry Tablet OS operating system.
