The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is much better than the BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+, having a 68.7 score against 56.1. The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch counts with Android 4.2.2 operating system, while BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+ works with BlackBerry Tablet OS operating system.
