Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids is slightly better than BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+, having a 57.5 score against 56.1. Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids counts with Android 4.1 operating system, and BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+ comes with BlackBerry Tablet OS operating system.
