The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ comes with Android 4.4 OS, while BlackBerry PlayBook comes with BlackBerry Tablet OS OS. Although the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ is a lot heavier than BlackBerry PlayBook, it's way thinner and also incredibly newer.
