BlackBerry PlayBook is a bit outdated BlackBerry Tablet OS tablet device released in 2010, packed with a fast Dual-Core processing unit clocking at 1000 megahertz, a 7" multi touch screen, and two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back camera and a 3 MP front side camera.
This device is powered by a TI OMAP4430 chip, which holds a powerful Dual-Core processor speeding at 1000 megahertz and 1 GB of RAM memory. To handle graphic rendering, this tablet also counts with a 304 megahertz PowerVR SGX540 GPU. The BlackBerry PlayBook comes with a 64 GB great internal memory and even though it doesn't have an external memory card slot, it it is more than enough to install tons of applications, games, pictures and videos without even thinking about filling it.
This tablet is a bit heavy for a tablet of this size, weighting 14.11 ounces. This tablet has an amazing design, with a thickness of just 0.39".
This tablet has two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back camera and a 3 mega-pixels front camera. It is capable of capturing Full HD 1920x1080 videos at 30 frames per second.
Blackberry designed this tablet with a nice 7-inches display, and a resolution of 600 x 1024 , providing this tablet with a nice graphical experience. Its display uses LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.
This tablet includes WiFi connectivity (although it can't be shared with other devices acting as a hotspot). This tablet doesn't have a sim card, because it doesn't support GSM services.
The BlackBerry PlayBook also comes with some cool characteristics as Bluetooth (enables communication with other bluetooth tablets and accessories) and GPS Localization, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.
