Microsoft Surface Pro 6 is way better than the BlackBerry PlayBook, with a overall score of 81.5 against 54.2. The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 body is newer and thinner, but also a lot heavier than the BlackBerry PlayBook. Microsoft Surface Pro 6 works with Windows 10 operating system, and BlackBerry PlayBook has BlackBerry Tablet OS operating system.
Microsoft Surface Pro 6 features a greater performance than BlackBerry PlayBook, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with 15 GB more RAM and a larger number of faster cores. Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has a bit better display than BlackBerry PlayBook, because it has a lot better pixel amount per inch in the screen, a lot larger display and a lot higher resolution of 2736 x 1824 pixels.
Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than BlackBerry PlayBook, because it has more internal memory. The BlackBerry PlayBook and the Microsoft Surface Pro 6 both count with extremely similar batteries duration. BlackBerry PlayBook takes just a bit better photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 6, although it has a camera with a lot worse 5 mega pixels resolution and a lower (Full HD) video quality.
