Comparison review
Galaxy Note 10.1 is much better than BlackBerry PlayBook, getting a score of 66.3 against 54.2. Even though Galaxy Note 10.1 is noticeably heavier than the BlackBerry PlayBook, it's thinner and newer. The Galaxy Note 10.1 comes with Android 4.4 OS, and BlackBerry PlayBook comes with BlackBerry Tablet OS OS.
Galaxy Note 10.1 features just a bit better processing power than BlackBerry PlayBook, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and more RAM memory. BlackBerry PlayBook has a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024px and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little greater pixels quantity per screen inch.
BlackBerry PlayBook takes greater videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, and although they both have a camera in the back with a 5 megapixels, the BlackBerry PlayBook also has a much better video definition. The Galaxy Note 10.1 has a greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than BlackBerry PlayBook, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Note 10.1 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 32 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has a very superior battery duration than BlackBerry PlayBook.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is a lot more expensive than the BlackBerry PlayBook, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
