The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is better than the BlackBerry PlayBook, with a general score of 63 against 54.2. Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE comes with Android 4.4.2 OS, and BlackBerry PlayBook works with BlackBerry Tablet OS OS. Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a noticeably newer and somewhat thinner portable tablet than the BlackBerry PlayBook, although it is also noticeably heavier.

The BlackBerry PlayBook has a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a way smaller display and a lot worse resolution of 600 x 1024px, it also counts with a little bit higher pixel quantity in each inch in the screen. The BlackBerry PlayBook counts with a much bigger memory for apps and games than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.

Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE counts with just a bit better performance than BlackBerry PlayBook, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with 1 GB more RAM and a higher number of cores. The BlackBerry PlayBook shoots better videos and photos than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, and although they both have the same resolution back-facing camera, the BlackBerry PlayBook also has a lot better (Full HD) video resolution.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it is way more expensive than BlackBerry PlayBook, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as BlackBerry PlayBook. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, otherwise you can save some money and get the BlackBerry PlayBook, resigning a couple specs and features.
