Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a global score of 65.6, which is way better than the BlackBerry PlayBook's 54.2 score. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a much newer portable tablet, and it is also way lighter and thinner than BlackBerry PlayBook. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 works with Android 4.4.2 operating system, and BlackBerry PlayBook works with BlackBerry Tablet OS operating system.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 features a sharper screen than BlackBerry PlayBook, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also has a higher pixels density and a higher 1280 x 800 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a little better processing power than BlackBerry PlayBook, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores and more RAM.
BlackBerry PlayBook counts with a much bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 56 GB more internal storage capacity. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a much longer battery performance than BlackBerry PlayBook.
The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 takes a little bit better pictures and videos than BlackBerry PlayBook, although it has a back camera with much less MP and a lot lower (HD) video quality.
Despite of being the best tablet in this comparison, Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is also cheaper.
