Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is better than the BlackBerry PlayBook, with a 64.9 score against 54.2. Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, while BlackBerry PlayBook has BlackBerry Tablet OS OS. The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 design is newer, lighter and thinner than the BlackBerry PlayBook.
