Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile is just a bit better than BlackBerry PlayBook, getting a global score of 57.6 against 54.2. Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile's body is thicker but just a bit lighter than the BlackBerry PlayBook, and both were released with only a couple months difference. The Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile has Android 2.2 operating system, and BlackBerry PlayBook has BlackBerry Tablet OS operating system.

The BlackBerry PlayBook counts with a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile, because it has a better graphics co-processor running at 608 MHz, a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of 1 GHz cores. BlackBerry PlayBook features just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile. Both have the same exact resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels, a display with the same size and the same count of pixels in each inch in the screen.

BlackBerry PlayBook features a much bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Tab T-Mobile, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 48 GB more internal storage. Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile features a way better battery lifetime than BlackBerry PlayBook. The BlackBerry PlayBook takes much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab T-Mobile, because it has a camera in the back with a lot better 5 MP resolution and a lot better (Full HD) video quality.

Although Galaxy Tab T-Mobile is a better device, it costs a lot more than BlackBerry PlayBook, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the BlackBerry PlayBook. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get BlackBerry PlayBook, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
