Xperia Z4 Tablet has a general score of 74.7, which is a lot better than the BlackBerry PlayBook's overall score of 54.2. The Xperia Z4 Tablet works with Android 5.0 operating system, while BlackBerry PlayBook works with BlackBerry Tablet OS operating system. The Xperia Z4 Tablet is a a bit lighter and extremely thinner device than BlackBerry PlayBook.
The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet features a much faster CPU than BlackBerry PlayBook, because although it has a weaker GPU running at 600 megahertz, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory, more CPU cores and a 64-bits CPU. The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet counts with a way better looking display than BlackBerry PlayBook, because it has a way greater pixels count per screen inch, a really larger display and a much higher 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution.
The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet features a little bit better memory to store more apps and games than BlackBerry PlayBook, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 128 GB. The Xperia Z4 Tablet has a way better battery duration than BlackBerry PlayBook.
BlackBerry PlayBook captures a little bit better videos and photos than Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, although it has a lower 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a lot less MP resolution back camera.
Although Xperia Z4 Tablet is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the BlackBerry PlayBook, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as BlackBerry PlayBook. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Xperia Z4 Tablet, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the BlackBerry PlayBook, resigning a couple specs and features.
