The Blackview Active 8 Pro has a score of 71, which is much better than the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro's 58.7 general score. Blackview Active 8 Pro has Android 13 OS, and Microsoft Surface 9 Pro works with Windows OS. Blackview Active 8 Pro is a much thicker and just a bit heavier tablet than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro.
