The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is much better than Blackview Oscal Pad 10, with a 65.2 score against 57.3. Both tablets we compare here use Android OS (operating system), but Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a more recent 13 version while Blackview Oscal Pad 10 has Android 12 version.
