Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a global score of 66.5, which is much better than Blackview Oscal Pad 10's global score of 57.3. Both of these tablets include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while Blackview Oscal Pad 10 has Android 12 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features and enhanced performance. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is a somewhat thicker but lighter tablet than Blackview Oscal Pad 10.
