The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 10, getting a score of 65.6 against 57.3. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Blackview Oscal Pad 10 has Android 12, giving some additional features and some performance improvements.
