Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is a lot better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 10, getting a 74.5 score against 57.3. Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is a a little bit lighter and thinner tablet device than Blackview Oscal Pad 10. These tablets include Android OS, but Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Blackview Oscal Pad 10 has Android 12 version, giving some additional features.
