Comparison review
IPad 4 is much better than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, getting a 70.8 score against 57.3. The iPad 4 has iOS 7.x operating system, while Blackview Oscal Pad 13 comes with Android 12 operating system. Despite being the best tablet in this comparison review, the iPad 4 is a noticeably heavier and somewhat thicker tablet than Blackview Oscal Pad 13.
The Apple iPad 4 counts with a very superior processor than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, because although it has 6 lesser cores (but faster) and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a GPU. Apple iPad 4 has a much more vibrant screen than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little higher pixel density and a higher 1536 x 2048 resolution.
Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than iPad 4, because it has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1 TB and 256 GB internal memory. IPad 4 shoots much better photographs and videos than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has a camera with a much worse resolution.
The Blackview Oscal Pad 13 counts with a much better battery lifetime than Apple iPad 4.
Although Apple iPad 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Blackview Oscal Pad 13. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Blackview Oscal Pad 13, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
