Although Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Blackview Oscal Pad 13. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
