The Lenovo ThinkPad 10 has a global score of 62.5, which is slightly better than Blackview Oscal Pad 13's 57.3 general score. Lenovo ThinkPad 10 comes with Windows Phone 8.1 operating system, while Blackview Oscal Pad 13 works with Android 12 operating system.
