Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is slightly better than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, with a overall score of 61.4 against 57.3. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has an older 4.1 version while Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has Android 12. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1)'s design is extremely older, way heavier and notably thicker than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has a little sharper display than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has a lot worse resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, much lesser pixels per display inch and a little smaller display. Blackview Oscal Pad 13 features much more storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because it has more internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) features a much better performing CPU than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has an inferior number of cores and a lower amount of RAM memory. The Blackview Oscal Pad 13 captures better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because it has a way more megapixels back-facing camera.

Blackview Oscal Pad 13 features just a bit better battery duration than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because it has 7680mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Blackview Oscal Pad 13. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), else you can save a couple dollars and get the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, resigning some specs and features.
